"A nice dive bar located just outside of Salem. Johnny's does have your typical bar foods from burgers to wings. However, what makes it different is the sense of importance and care the staff members give. Tory was my server and she made very solid recommendations. She was awesome, will be coming back."

"Neighborhood bar vibe. High top tables, booths, regular height table seating. Breakfast (or lunch menu after 10am) with $4.00 drink specials until 2pm. It can be loud in the evening when the place gets cranked up. Pool tables, outdoor patio, clean restrooms. Friendly staff, great food, daily and happy hour specials. Try their Spanish Coffee for a real after dinner treat!"

"Had a great first experience at Johnny’s Bar & Grill, and a huge part of that was Tori. From the moment we sat down she made us feel genuinely welcomed, like regulars instead of first-timers. There was a mix-up with my food order, but Tori absolutely stepped up—handled it quickly, professionally, and even comped our meal without us having to ask. No awkwardness, no attitude, just top-tier customer service. You can tell she actually cares about people having a good experience. Because of her, we’ll definitely be back. If you’re going to Johnny’s, ask for Tori"
